How do I turn off this horrible search suggestion feature?

How do I turn off this horrible feature that spams my entire screen with dozens of search suggestions that take longer to click than for me to just type what I want to search?

I also don't want the browser to be fetching strings online based off random stuff I type in the address bar.

I have not been able to find a setting nor a flag to turn off this junk.

No luck after search something to disable this thing inside opera://flags
