How much time it will take to publish an addon which is awaiting moderation

I have created an addon for the users of website https://vipumrahtaxi.com/ who can calculate fare according to the car, i also have the chrome extension for that now i have created opera addon as well as many users are from opera browser as well, but it is still in moderation and there is no time mention on when it will be published
