Option to mute sites

Can we please add an option to mute sites, not tabs? I sometimes have multiple tabs open of the same website and I never, ever, ever want anything to autoplay, especially with audio. I find it crazy that the answer to this problem is to mute every single tab every time I visit a site when browsers like Chrome, allow me to mute the site once and never think about it again.
I despise Chrome and Google, but they are one of the only browsers on the market that allow me to mute sites so I'm stuck with it. I checked out Opera Air and love the interface, the features. Its a slick modern browser that unfortunately gets lumped into the list of browsers I'll never use just because there is no option to mute sites.
Please, please for the love of all that is holy, add the ability to mute sites natively. I know there are extensions but I'm not going to use an extension for something that used to be standard on browswers.

Thanks for sharing this idea.
It's actually the first time, someone is requesting such a feature for Opera AIR; therefore, it's not a part of the current roadmap.
However, we gather all such ideas and analyze them for the future.
Is there anyone that feels the same as @oddlyodie ?
