[Duplicated]Out of Memory

Hello all.
I've been reading around the forums about this issue, and I can see several threads about it, but most are quite old now - 2015 etc. I'm using the latest Opera on 64-bit W10, and I have 32GB of RAM installed. I am getting these "Out of Memory" errors, when there is always an average of 20GB of free RAM available.....wtf?!
My system is a 12th gen i3 with 8 cores, and barely breaks a sweat, even with a whole heap of tabs open. Why the memory error, when I basically have around 20GB of free RAM for Opera to use as much of as it wants?
Monitoring Task Manager, I can state that if the RAM used by Opera exceeeds around 5GB, this error then becomes an issue. If I close ALL the tabs, reboot, then restart Opera, with NOTHING but the speed-dial page up(with 36 tiles in there), Opera gobbles up 3.5GB of RAM - before I open a single page.
Is there something I should be looking at settings wise?
The system has tons of physical RAM to use, but.....
Is there some way to make Opera aware of, and that it can indeed use more then 4GB or so of RAM?Love the browser otherwise, and have used it for years, and reccomend it to others.

@GrogsterNZ Chromium has a limit (4GB?) of RAM per process.

@leocg Does that mean Opera does too? If so, is there any way to increase that limit? Most systems these daze have at least 16GB of RAM to play with, many have 32GB or more, so limiting the RAM to 4GB - especially with a web browser - seems odd... Is that a browser limit, or Windoze imposing its will on things?

@GrogsterNZ All Chromium based have that limit as far as I know, and there is no way to change it.

@GrogsterNZ Remember that the limit is per process, the browser as a whole can use 16, 32, 64 GB of RAM
