Why are the elements on my browser bobbing up and down?

This started about 3 days ago, and has not stopped for this duration... I didn't change any of my settings, and it seemingly occurred in the middle of the night. The font changed without my knowledge. Everything bobs up & down at a different rate, seemingly random. Font is unknown; idk how to change or view the current font yet. Anyone know what might've happened?
