No Sound for Youtube , iplayer or Facebook etc .

I have checked all my computer sound settings all working , tried another browser and every thing works , I also uninstalled and reinstalled Opera still no sound , I have looked thought all of the settings in opera with no luck .
Any ideas anyone .
