synchronization to a new computer doesn't work

I have a new computer and install Opera in it. But synchronization of my account doesn't work. Instead of my bookmarks I've got only publicities bookmarks. Any help to teach which process works?

thank you for your answer but, without solution from Opera staff, I deciced to give up Opera and switched to Firefox.
