Is there easy way to transfer to another comp: 1. set of sites on start page; 2. bookmarks. Thank you

Don't know if you or anyone else still needs to know, but both of those things should be covered under Opera Sync functionality, with startup pages being under Settings and bookmarks being under Bookmarks when deciding what information to synchronise.

Yes, it’s pretty easy . You can sync your browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) with your account. That way, your start page sites and bookmarks automatically transfer to another computer.
