Make - Search tabs, Minimze, Restore Down, Close Buttons - Fully Clickable

I'm reporting on Opera One on Windows.

Search tabs, Minimze, Restore Down, Close -
all these buttons should be clickable, even if we move
mouse pointer to the very top of the button:

This is a current layout, there are no plans to change it for now. However, thanks for sharing, it's the first time someone mentioned it.
