I lost all passwords

I use windows 10 and it had a update and i clicked the update and shutdown option. i have just now opened my laptop and opened opera and all the open tabs and my passwords were gone. All the saved tabs on the speed dial tab were there and so are my bookmarks but not my saved passwords. i just need to know if there is anything i can do. sorry if this is badly typed im still freaking out and cant think clearly.
