Any way of getting my passwords back?

Hello, due to a cpu/ram error on my pc, I had to hardreset it. When I downloaded Opera GX back I thought I'd get my passwords back if I just log into my account but seems like it wants me to put a "synchronization password" or something and I do Not remember that. Any way of getting my passwords back?

@canetwest It's either asking for you passphrase or for an old Opera account password.
What exactly it's asking?
