Video Popout not compatible with Nvidia RTX Super Resolution

So ever since the "New" video popout came out it hasn't been compatible with RTX Super Resolution so me and many others resorted to turning it off in flags. To pile onto that, a recent update completely broke the old video popout causing consistent crashes. So what was the solution? Was the issue fixed so old would work? nope. Was the RTX Super Resolution fixed with the new one? nope. So what was the solution in the most recent update? Force the new one and remove the flag. So now we have the only chromium browser to not support RTX Super Resolution.....Brave works, Edge works, Chrome works. Opera and Opera GX nope.

Latest Opera GX update and latest driver. Works on other browsers. Video is 480p. Same either other videos too.

Another update, still no fix. Old Picture in Picture was removed with no ability to bring back meanwhile the new one still doesn't work with RTX Super Resolution. Only chromium browser to not work with it at this point.
