Picture-in-Picture goes black on hover

Hello there, since recently, whenever I hover over the picture-in-picture window with my cursor, the whole window goes black and you can't see the video playing anymore. This wasn't the case previously. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks alot!

@Druzul I had the same issue with graphics acceleration disabled.
