Toggle tab menu - CTRL+M Mystery.

I have been trying to setup some automation for Opera and I'm confused..

All the help guides mention that CTRL+M will do the one thing I need it to do so I can gain access to the menu from the keyboard, and therefor gain access to that menu in order to do things that where there aren't already shortcuts.

The problem is that it doesn't work.

I went to great lengths to prove to myself that nothing else was hijacking the key combination, but then I discovered that the feature isn't even listed in the keyboard shortcut assignment settings. Every other function is listed, but not "Toggle tab menu".

Has the feature been dropped?

Is there another way I can gain access to the menu from the keyboard?

Please help, I've spent so long trying to get this to work..
