Tab islands and syncing of tab islands

Add Tab islands to mobile and enable syncing of those islands to computer.
That would be great to continue a multi-tab research into a topic started mobile on the computer (or vice versa) -

@scholli-der-echte Opened tabs are synced but not tab islands as far as I know.
