How to completly remove Aria

Is there an option toi completly remove Aria? I followed the "guide" to disable it, as shown here.
The Aria button still appears and blocks other buttons.

I would feel ok with having it only in the sidebar, but since it just pops in everywhere and blocks other stuff, it's just annoying
