Please try to understand, it's not you, it's me.
I loved using my Opera and if I ever upgrade my PC I'll go back, but now my PC is getting older and slower. I fell in love with you for being user-friendly and up-front with me. Preserve my love and add back the option to export my bookmarks, history and passwords.

@andybeige Option to export bookmarks is still there in the bookmarks page, opera://bookmarks.
Option to export passwords can be found in opera://password-manager/settings as usual
There never was an option to export history.
