Search blocked message on Google

Everytime im searching something up in school, it always shows search blocked and it just takes me to the website after 30 seconds and its very annoying, i searched up and it said i was using a vpn but this was a new laptop and i tried accessing cookies for google, it worked for a few seconds then changed back to search blocked

@RipReaps Doesn't seem an Opera issue. Can you search in other search engines? Can you search in Google on other browsers?

@leocg my google chrome is also blocked and microsoft edge, most of the time is blocked but sometimes not

@RipReaps So, not and Opera issue as I thought. It's probably some Google setting or some policy on your network.
