Opera Update pop-up

Any time I open OPER GX, I get a pop-up about updating Opera. I do not have Opera installed, and I do not want Opera to be installed. This is super annoying. Is there a way to turn this off?

@SideaLannister If you don't have any Opera installed, you need to find out what app is showing those pop-ups and ask in their community how to disable them.

@SideaLannister So you have Opera installed? Is it up to date?

@leocg I have Opera GX, which is up to date. I don't have regular Opera. When I click on the pop-up to update, it installs the new regular Opera version. I have already uninstalled it.

Issue solved, kind of...https://jmp.sh/s/ME1Xs5RIIm4jqDkvWJKV
I have made a full video of the process
- Open Opera GX
- Pop-up appears about update
- Do not close the browser
- Select Yes on the pop-up
- Opera Installation unsuccessful download full Installation file
- Select Yes
- It installs the regular Opera browser
If I close Opera GX before selecting "Yes" in the update pop-up, the update proceeds as expected—Opera GX updates correctly, and the regular Opera browser is not installed. It seems the update process does not properly handle open instances of Opera GX. I did receive a warning to close the browser, but it's unclear why the process installs the regular Opera at all.
