Can't resize pop-ups on pages

Hello.
Is it normal that in opera gx, when i use a popup window on sites (to share on facebook, or something else), it's impossible to resize the new window in popup. (with mouse). No scrolling bar too. With some other sites, i have the scroll bar, i can have the size option with the mouse, but impossible to resize it. (it's blocked)
It's very annoying.

When opening popup windows for site features (e.g., social sharing), resizing is impossible. This restricts user control and workflow. Please implement functionality to allow users to freely resize these popups for improved usability.

I have the same problem. I think it's anormal.

Yes. it works correctly for example in the normal opera.
I found a solution (in fact i precize the problem), it works strangely only in the top corners of the popup box. (not the bottom corners)
