opera v20, bigger tab bar needed

hey there,
i just insralled opera on my tablet (windows 8.1). prob is that the tabs in the tab bar and icons in navigation bar are rather small... anyone of you got an idea, how to enlarge those?

I don't think you can, but you might want to consider an extension related to tabs in the Opera or Chrome store. You would have to look a little. There if you click on the extension icon, you would get a popup, side panel, etc, where you might be able to view/read what's on the tabs more easily. To use the Chrome store, you need the Opera Extension, "Download Chrome Extension."
