crashed wont open fully, tries 4 times then stops

Opera on win 11 pro tries to open 3 or 4 time then quits, logo appears when opening but opera doesn't. was changing some 'flags' when this happened. uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix problem. please don't say to do something from inside the program as it does not open. any place to delete all flags or reset then to default?

opera gx ( the main desktop version) was just changing a few of the flags on video playback ( I thought?)

You need to Delete Opera's Profile Data from file explorer, or try reinstalling opera browser again

where is opera profile data stored at? I delete the entire Opera folder in c:\programs and C:\Users\xx\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera
before I tried to install Opera again

@dwwo You can see the path to the profile directory in opera://about.

Usually it's %appdata%\Opera Software\Opera GX
