So on chrome and safari when i use passkey to login for a website it lets me use the touch id because its using apple passwords but for opera it makes me scan a QR code how do i put it to touch ID only

You can try Opera’s Built in Passkey Support- Go to Opera settings > Privacy & Security > Autofill & Passwords and enable Passkeys.
