Highlights on discord and youtube wont turn off?

How do I remove the highlight feature from youtube and the discord tab on the side? every message, scroll bar, tab, server icon, is highlighted with yellow.

its not just discord its on the search browser and everywhere else. it completely hides the scroll bar on top of having everything highlighted and its very infuriating

@mgs2001 If it's on Windows search field, then it's something on your system.

Try changing theme.

@leocg i see where i was confused. I had to change my windows theme and disable contrast in windows settings and not gx. it worked, thanks!
