I lost my Speed Dials inOpera Server

I accidentally deleted my Speed Dials in Opera Server I thought they are already in my laptop and now I cannot recover them. Here are the details:
Opera Version: [116.0.5366.51]
Operating System: [Windows 11]
Was Opera Sync Enabled? [Yes]
Steps I’ve Tried:
Checked opera://bookmarks for “Other Speed Dials”
Looked in the Trash section of Bookmarks
Restored the Bookmarks.bak file from the Opera profile folder
Attempted to use Windows Previous Versions to restore a backup
Checked Opera Sync at sync.opera.com
Unfortunately, none of these worked. Is there any way to restore my Speed Dials from Opera's servers or a hidden backup?Thank you for your help!

@MarinerER If they aren't in synchronization server, there is no way to recover them other than a local backup.

@MarinerER Have you ever created a backup of your bookmarks or of Opera's profile directory?

@MarinerER Rename the current Bookmarks file to Bookmarks.old, paste that old Bookmarks.bak to the current profile directory and rename it to Bookmarks.

@MarinerER You go to the bookmarks page (opera://bookmarks) and coy/move them from Other Speed Dials to Speed Dial
