Sync empty after logging on new os

Just before I installed new windows I have checked if everyting is synced in opera.
After i logged in there is nothing.
I had this selected
Encrypt only synced passwords with your Opera credentials
but there is no extensions, settings, passwords etc...
Before I formated i checked synchronised data and it's gone.
What did I do wrong?

Win 11
:don't know how to check Opera ver. but it was newest and now is too.
