Downloads Opera GX Logo not able to open

When i Download something it always has a Opera GX Logo and im not able to open it anymore. This is very annoying and i dont know what to do. I hope someone can help me

@Donnersturm It seems that you associated Opera GX with the file extension pptx. You need to go to Windows settings > Apps > Default Apps and change the app to handle pptx files.

@Donnersturm Opera can't open pptx files, it's a file extension related to Power Point.

Open up a command prompt, type:

assoc .pptx

and press enter.

What does it say?
