Roblox WASD not working

I've tried to fix this issue multiple times, but nothings working. I've turned off the 'advanced shortcuts' thing, I've tried using the 'fn + w' method, and nothing works. It's happened on both my laptop and now my new computer, I might as well just stick to google at this point until I get an actual working method.
