Is there a natural speech reader available for texts?

Does anyone know a way to have Opera browser read texts like Microsoft Edge? Thanks in advance..

@MarcoMaxxx Opera doesn't have such feature as far as I know. Maybe an extension could add it.

Opera One - By the way, yes, I saw that Opera does not have this feature... By the way, I checked in the Chrome extension and found something that is usable for my needs.. voice a litttle bit "mechanical" but it's okay anyway .. i mean ... more or less
THe name of the extension that i found is Read About.. there also other but they have certain limitations.
