Help restoring History

Hello, im from mexico, i reset my pc, and then i reinstalled opera gx, but doesnt appear my restauration and then i sign in.
Into there was my information but i couldnt restore it 'cause shows that i dont have a restore pin, when i clicked into reset it, doesnt comments that it will clean my old history, what do i have to do now?

@FV12357 If you don't remember your Sync passphrase, the only way to set up another or stop using it is by resetting your synced data.

@FV12357 Do you have any backup of the old Opera profile directory?
