Worked sometimes, with other urls, then quit. uninstalled/installed, restarted Opera same result.

Can you capture the poster name and the title of the post?

@wyrmsworth I don't see the point in that. When you click on "Save video", the file is saved with the name of the original video.

@vikingus19 When you have hundreds of videos it would be much easier to organize if both the poster and title (maybe even date YYYYMMDD) was included.
The Title is needed to differentiate between files.
The Podcast of the lotus eaters just puts the eps number in the title.
I'm sure there are more similar naming problems. -
