@vikingus19 When you have hundreds of videos it would be much easier to organize if both the poster and title (maybe even date YYYYMMDD) was included.
The Title is needed to differentiate between files.
The Podcast of the lotus eaters just puts the eps number in the title.
I'm sure there are more similar naming problems.

Worked sometimes, with other urls, then quit. uninstalled/installed, restarted Opera same result.

Doesn't work for me on Opera. Just opens a secondary page:
"Dear user! We ask you to put a rating and write a review about the work of the extension (choose a platform that matches your browser):"
