@Atlantic01 Have you some adblocking extension installed? Try to disable them, also disable Opera adblocker temporarily - such effects are sometimes caused by some cookie or other warning, which gets blocked.

Known issue that's being worked on. It only happens when you have the sidebar set to autohide and only happens with the "Show popup with clipboard and recent downloads when uploading files" option enabled at the URL opera://settings/userInterface.
