[Duplicated]Video pop up unwanted auto volume adjustment on YouTube

Sooooo, i dont know if anyone else is struggling with this but, this is about a problem with the volume of the pop out video panels that you get when you "pop out" a video, from youtube, or etc (i dont know if this problem follows other sites) anyways, problem is, im listening to music and i have a pop video thats playing it, it suddenly lowers the volume to a certain amount (i dont care to keep track of its amount nor does it really matter).
i have done so far to fix this problem
1:reseted my pc
2:checked all opera settings, both norm and advanced
3:deleted opera and reinstalled it
4:resetted opera settings, to no avail
5:checked my volume mixer on my settings of my pc
6:made sure opera was updated fully
maybe i did more, i cant remember. either way this unwanted auto volume adjustment is insanely annoying beyond believe and reasoning, and i constantly use the pop-up video feature, so i wonder if anyone else has managed to solve this problem, and if so any solution to fix problem, this is for the countless other poor souls who may experience this and nearly go insane trying to find out how to fix it. -

@minos-soul As said, video pop-out follows YouTube's normalized volume.

@leocg righto, yes i scoured the internet and saw your past conversations but i found no fruition in any of them, so to ask for the other, is there a simply, or at least a way as to make sure the normalized volume control of youtube dosent mess with the picture in picture volume, since opera gx can make the volume louder then youtube can. so if you know a way to stop the normalized volume control from constanrly resetting the volume of the pop out, it would be fantastic.
