How to turn on Menu Bar

I haven't used Opera on my PC for a while. And, thought I would check it out again. Installation and settings for Opera One(version: 114.0.5282.102) were pretty decent.

The big drawback is I cannot find any way to have the Menu Bar locked in place. Having to click on the "O" each time I need the menu is a big issue for me.

I have read others who have expressed the same concern. Opera is unusable without the ability to have the Menu Bar locked and visible.

Are there any plans to provide for this again? If not. I will be uninstalling Opera.

@AndeNow It's been more than a decade that Opera (and other browsers) doesn't have a fixed menu.

I don't think they have plans to change it.

Okay. And so, following others I have uninstalled Opera once again.
