Whatsapp images take a long time to load

I've been having problems loading images and audio on WhatsApp for a few weeks now. They take a long time to become available to view or listen to. Sometimes the ball takes several minutes to load until they become available to view or listen to. This only happens on WhatsApp in the Opera sidebar.
Any suggestions for improving this?

It works fine in a regular tab? What about in other browsers?

MacOs Sonoma 14.4
It works the same in a regular tab and in other browsers it is working normally.

@MarcosCamurati Do you use any extensions? If so, try disabling them.
