Way to copy text from Aria without the formatting?

When I am using Aria, I often have to copy-paste the contents into another document, but it frequently brings the formatting with it, so I need to paste-copy it into the search bar, then into the destination document so that it will paste without the attached formatting from Aria. Is there anyway around this? The destination document doesn't have a 'Use destination formatting' option and it is time consuming when I am doing it over and again.

If you are pasting into a different app, it doesn't have a way to paste something without the format?

@leocg The only app I want to paste it into doesn't have it. That is why I asked, because I didn't want to have to use a workaround.
