Pretty decent, works as intended. Only downside is that the ticked items don't save over opened sessions. However, they do save on saving, they just don't the next time options are re-opened.
This isn't a dealbreaker unless you open the extensions 24/7 to fiddle with the settings, but is annoying regardless.

@elvanos: This one seems like a much better alternative: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/shortcuts-for-googletm/ one I've used for years and is still the best option for this
