Sync Passphrase

I forgot my sync passphrase but I do not want my sync data (on Opera server) to be wiped off !!
I want to download them to my new laptop first !!
Can you help ??

@chrisramon It's not possible to do that. Even if it was, the data would be encrypted.

i have the same problem. how do i get this phrase. i didn't create it at all, how can i know it?

@levak69 You can't, what you can do is to create a new one.

@levak69 As said, go to sync.opera.com and click on the reset passphrase link. After have confirmed it (remember that all your data will be removed from sync servers), logout from Sync service in Opera, login again and go to opera://settings/syncSetup to change or disable synchronization passphrase.
