Is there any chance that we will have progress bar when loading Web pages?

I'd say no, as it's useless...

I disagree. It gives you a nice visual feedback of how long you will probably have to wait for a website to display fully and you can easily see when there happens to be some sort of issue.

No, the browser can't predict how many bytes/elements a page has until it loads it completely. Remember Opera 12 on desktop? The "Elements: X/TOTAL" displayed in the loading bar, the TOTAL elements number was ever-increasing as it loaded more of the page so you'd never really know how much is left anyway. IE, Firefox, all of them had useless progress bars that sometimes seemed to be stuck in a position when the browser was actually lading elements not having any connection issues, that's not to mention the cases where at some point it jumped straight to 100% after "seemed" stuck. So as you can see it serves no purpose: it won't let you see when there happens to be some sort of issue as it may appear stuck even when you have no problems with your download speed. It's all fake. The progress bar gives no more info than the loading spinner. The classic progress bar is an illusion.
