I didn't have to do any of that, from Opera just go to add extension from, duh, extensions. Search downloaders and if Skyloader doesn't appear then search from the Opera browser and download from there.

@stewarts I had the extension installed. When you click on it, it prompts you to log in via the skyload site. on the skyload site there are 4 different options to signup/login (google, vk, Facebook, something else) i clicked on them all and it loads something for 1 second but the page doesn't change. as if a popup is blocked. I made sure via my opera site privacy settings or whatever that pop ups were allowed. Opera views it as an unsecured site, that could be the issue, but i literally changed every permission I could (some I couldn't) to allow. reloaded page a bunch. made sure block trackers and ads was off, reload, repeat, triple check, tried everything, non of the login options would pop-up the pop-up.
Now damn you as well for making me elaborate. Double damn you for thinking I was so dumb I didn't have the extension installed or know why to find it. -

All of a sudden the extension stopped working for me, I uninstalled it, then I reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work! I have downloaded it at least three times, even from the website, and still it doesn't work.

It don't work anymore?
edit : Why we have to reload the page 5 times to help it find the video file?
