Can't find anything after reset my laptop

i reset my latop and when i dowloaded opera i cant find anything. if i try to add aria or chatGPT it does appear (the chatGPT and aria stuff dont even exist in mine) and i cant do anything about this. and whats worse is that 90% of the features that was there previously doesn't even exist i cant even edit my wallpaper. plz tell me if anybody has a suggetion on how to fix this.
