uncombine speed dial folders

I accidently combined 2 speed dial folders and now I can't uncombine them. It's like only half of folder "A" went into folder "B". I've taken them out of B & put them back in A 3 times but when I close & reopen Opera they're back in folder B again. I tried renaming both A & B and even made new folders "C" & "D" but no luck. Please help.

Do any bookmark changes survive a restart of Opera? For example, if you delete a bookmark, does it come back after you restart Opera or if you add a bookmark, is the bookmark gone after you restart Opera?
