Not sure why, but Opera installs itself every week, even though I uninstall it every time. I have not installed anything that would have Opera included as a package, so this is really weird. I've tried Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner, and anything you can think of. Any ideas?

After you uninstall Opera again (if you haven't already), check in the Windows Task Scheduler for any Opera-related tasks and delete them. Users with this issue usually find an Opera task there that's causing it.

@burnout426 Unfortunately, nothing there. I even go into the directories and delete all Opera related files every time as well, but it doesn't help.

@dasherdarren The task actually might not have Opera in its name. It might have "Google" in the name for example.

@burnout426 How would I determine if it's related to Opera if it doesn't have Opera in the name?

@dasherdarren You can look at the command on the "Action" tab for each task to see if the command looks like it launches in Opera installer or something like that.
