opera browser download system slow

Hi there,
I'm currently using the Opera browser, but I'm encountering issues when downloading videos or web series. The system slows down significantly, with CPU usage spiking to 60-70%, often causing my PC to hang during downloads. This problem wasn't present two months ago when I started using Opera. Do you have any solutions to resolve this issue?
opera version 111.0.5168.55
windows 10 pro
