Opera Browser Tracking You?

Hey guys! I recently installed PeerBlock 1.2, and Ive found with every webpage I get an "Opera Software ASA" Notification that I've blocked tracking by Opera Software. When you first install the browser and Opera gives you the option to help, I'm pretty sure I selected no. I thought Opera never tracked anyone, am I mistaken? The I.P. addrss peerblock provides is 91.203.99.36:443. Thanks!
