Deleted file still show up in Easy files

Downloaded Somthing And Its deleted but it wont go away i need A delete button on easy files

Try clearing your downloads at the URL opera://downloads or "download history" for all time at the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData.

At "C:\Users\yourusername", create a new folder named "Downloads2". Then, goto the URL opera://settings/downloads and set your downloads folder to that new folder. Then, restart Opera.

Does Easy Files still show that entry?

Note: Not suggesting this as a solution, but a test.

Some other things to try:

Delete everything in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\temp" and "C:\Windows\temp".

At the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData, clear "browsing history" for all time this time. If that doesn't help, clear "cached images and files".

If that doesn't help, goto the URL opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and delete the "History" file in the profile folder.

If that doesn't help, select all files in your downloads folder, move them to the downloads2 folder, got to opera://settings/downloads and set your downloads folder back to your original, now-empty downloads folder.

Test if that file shows up in a test standalone installation or not.
