@thatmike1 Vivaldi is an older version of their chromium test project.
I had also been using it some time ago but then wanted to switch to this version of Opera mainly because of the newer features and UI.With Opera team's new line of products/testing projects every now and then. No idea what they are up to?
Hopefully they will stick to this version of Opera and spend time and effort on improving this one. Especially fixing the "islands" feature!Opera user since 2003

@thatmike1 did you try "arc browser"? people all over the internet are looking for an invite to be able to sign up and use it!!
I might move from Opera to arc, considering the features it has to offer..

"Arc Browser" seems to be creating quite a buzz online, with folks eagerly seeking invites to explore its features. Given its appeal, it's understandable why you're considering making the switch from Opera .

@james-joesph I really like Opera tbh. Arc was only a curiosity which ended as soon as I received an invite and got familiar with its UI. The team really made an effort to put arc together and it might get interesting with time.. maybe in the future...
So here I am.. back to using Opera!

@emadpc I have been using it for over a few weeks now, and beginning to think that they might have fixed this issue. The islands that I saved have remained as is every time I open Opera and while switching workspaces. Try and give it another shot! And make sure you are updating Opera from the About menu.
