RGX feature is only enhancing part of the video. It was working fine before an update a few months ago. then suddenly stopped. I havent changed any settings when it was working correctly. Hardware acceleration is on. see attached Images for what im talking about.

I'm also having this exact same problem but with RGX on images, videos are fine for me, also when i zoom in on images (im on laptop and zoom with the touchpad) it seems to expand to all of the image, so opera gx seems to be thinking that i have a smaller resolution than i actually do? thats just my hypothesis
has anybody fixed this? also, obviously split preview for RGX is turned off for me -

@cactite Geez, so we're all having the same issue? I'm noticing it for images, videos and even some text as well. I haven't tried to zoom but I know when I scroll down it's moves with it...it's very annoying and I'm looking for a fix. I don't remember if there was an update or anything that caused this...but I'm annoyed because RGX has spoiled me with it's (at one point) clear images.

@AikaKimera Yeah, same problem 4/5 of the video because this issue is more visible when I watch YT or rather more annoying. Any solutions ?

@LotteQuinn The only solution I've found was full-screen or Theater mode. The regular small screen just won't fix itself.
With Theater Mode sometimes I have to scroll just a pinch, of a pinch, of a pinch to get the picture to focus fully. Like, scrolling down one tiny pixel down, if that makes sense. You lose none of the picture and it clears itself up. I hope that helps.
For now, it seems it's something Opera has to fix themselves. They've had a few updates and I don't understand why this small issue but big annoyance hasn't been fixed yet.

Having the same issue, I hope opera fixes this soon.
Also for theater mode I had to click the down arrow button (present on left edge of page or the button on keyboard) twice for it to work which cuts somewhat of too much of video. fullscreen works just fine
