Portland State University & Adobe (screenshots included)

I'm a current student at Portland State University (PSU), but when I try to access my school's MyPSU account it doesn't allow me to open it and instead gives me an error message, one I've never seen before. I've also found I end up getting a google server error when trying to access my school email (through Gmail). Below are two screenshots showing the messages I'm seeing:

Slightly related to this is the inability to access my Adobe account on Opera which I heavily use for my class work. Below is a screenshot showing the message I'm seeing:

Are there any solutions for these issues, or is it possible there will be future feature updates that will allow for these sites to work on Opera? I can continue to use Chrome for what I can't access through Opera, but I'm trying to get away from Edge and Google Chrome. I really like Opera so far, especially the VPN options (among other things).
